Xiaomi launches huge 82-inch 8K TV with mini-LED tech, 5G connectivity

The headliner TV wears Xiaomi’s Extreme Commemorative Edition moniker. It packs an 8K panel with mini-LED technology which gives the display 960 light control zones across its surface. The technology allows for higher contrast ratios and lower overall power consumption.
