Another leak points to cheaper price for Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3

Twitter tipster FrontTron has claimed that the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 will have a recommended price of $1,249. This is supposedly for the 8GB/256GB variant, which could be the sole RAM/storage option if the Galaxy Z Flip 5G is anything to go on. The leaker does caution us to take this information with a pinch of salt, but a cheaper price would be roughly in line with a SamMobile report last month. The website claimed that the Z Flip 3 and Z Fold 3 could be “up to 20% cheaper” than their predecessors. So we could be looking at a ~13% price drop from the Z Flip 5G rather than a 20% decrease if the new leak is accurate.

In any event, leaks and regulatory filings give us a good idea of what to expect from the new clamshell foldable.
