Android 4.1.2 update hitting WiFi Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 GT-N8010

Publish date: 2022-08-23
A week ago, the WiFi Galaxy Note 10.1 in the U.S. received its Android 4.1.2 software update. Aside from the expected Jelly Bean goodness, the JZO54K firmware also brings the Premium Suite package to the GT-N8013 tablet, which – among other things – offers an improved Multi-Window support, Air View, and Quick Command.

The same firmware update is reportedly being pushed out by Samsung to the international version of the Galaxy Note 10.1. For now, the update only seems to be available for owners of the Wi-Fi variant of the tab in Germany, specifically the GT-N8010 model.

Those who are looking to make the jump to the latest available Jelly Bean iteration should be able to download and install the official update via OTA or through Kies. Go ahead and check if a surprise awaits you.

For folks who have installed the update — how do you like the new features?
